À l’occasion d’une soirée privée à l’Opéra Garnier, Totale Régie a accompagné l’agence événementielle LIVE! by GL EVENTS pour la dépose et reprise de ses invités devant le parvis du célèbre théâtre national.
Pour le bon déroulement de l’événement, l’équipe Totale Régie a réalisé les demandes d’autorisations nécessaires au stationnement des différents véhicules des convives.
Un ventousage en amont ainsi qu’une gestion de flux lors des arrivées et départs ont été mis en place en coordination avec l’agence REGENCY LIMO COACH pour fluidifier au maximum la circulation sur la Place de l’Opéra.
On the occasion of a private party at the Opera Garnier, Totale Régie accompanied the event agency LIVE! by GL EVENTS for the drop off and pick up of its guests in front of the famous national theater.
For the good progress of the event, the Totale Régie team realized the requests for authorizations necessary to the parking of the various vehicles of the guests.
An upstream ventousage as well as a flow management during the arrivals and departures were set up in coordination with the agency REGENCY LIMO COACH to fluidify at most the traffic on the Place de l’Opéra.
