Totale Régie at the Grand Palais for the 63rd Ballon d’Or
Monday, December 3, took place the ceremony of the 63rd Ballon d’Or at the Grand Palais in Paris. An evening broadcast live from 20h 45 on the chain of L’Équipe as well as on the site and the social networks of France Football, organizer of this prestigious prize very coveted by the footballers.
The agency FC2 events called upon Totale Régie to set up a ventousage facilitating assembly of the event. An outside control, during the ceremony, allowed to manage the arrival of the numerous guests. The dome of the Grand Palais welcomed about 120 journalists of 25 different nationalities and about 1,500 guests for this evening devoted to football.
The 63rd Ballon d’Or is awarded to Luka Modric
After a good season with Real Madrid and the final in the World Cup with Croatia is Luka Modric, who won the Ballon d’Or 2018.
The first Women’s Ballon d’Or for Ada Hegerberg
For the first year the Women’s Ballon d’Or was awarded to Norwegian player Ada Hegerberg, an attacker at Olympique Lyonnais. A successful 2018 year for the player and her club with which she won the Champions League and the French Championship. Finalist of the Coupe de France, ranked second in the UEFA prize for the best player and third in the prize of the best FIFA footballer of the year, she won the Ballon d’Or awarded by France Football.
New this year: the Kopa Trophy
Newly created, the Kopa Trophy reward the best player under 21 years old. It is Kylian Mbappé, scorer in final of the World Cup 2018 with France and World Champion who gets the Kopa Trophy.
The Ballon d’Or is a coveted prize. It rewards the best player in the world without distinction of nationality. It is awarded by the vote of a panel of international journalists.
